EIS Governance Board (EIS-Pilot GB)

A Tripartite Governance Board was established in 2023 and meets every quarter to oversee the operationalization and management of the EIS-Pilot. The Secretary of the Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoLE) is the chairperson, and the Director General of the Central Fund is the member-secretary of the GB. The formation of the Board is as follows:

The EIS-Pilot GB is responsible for making administrative decisions including the endorsement of relevant rules and regulations, ensuring a transparent audit process, confirming the compensation of eligible cases, and adopting financial reports, and the annual budget for EIS Pilot.
