EIS GOVERNANCE BOARD (EIS PILOT GB)

A Tripartite Governance Board was established in 2023 and meets every quarter to oversee the operationalization and management of the EIS Pilot. The Secretary of the Ministry of Labour and Employment is the chairperson, and the Director General of the Central Fund is the member-secretary of the GB. The formation of the Board is as follows:

The EIS Pilot GB is responsible for making administrative decisions including the endorsement of relevant rules and regulations, ensuring a transparent audit process, confirming the compensation of eligible cases, and adopting financial reports, and the annual budget for EIS Pilot.
