Worked as the MD for two years of a start up Artificial Intelligence company. Pioneer Former Vice Chancellor of the Bangladesh University of Professionals and the Coordinator of the UNDP flag ship project of rolling out first ever National ID and Voter List with Photograph in Bangladesh. Possesses extensive administrative and project management experience.

Special Advisor to the Central Fund

• Provide overall leadership to the EIS special Unit
• Prepare workplan for the Special Unit
• Operationalize the EIS Special Unit
• Finalize SOPs for process efficiency for the EIS Special Unit in coordination with the central Fund
• Periodic reporting to the steering structure, including ILO/GIZ
• Coordination, communication, and capacity development of the Central Fund

Md. Ali

Administration and Finance Officer

11+ years of work experience in Finance, Accounts and Admin Department on projects with a focus on livelihood, governance, and the environment. Career began in finance and accounting with SQUARE Group, and it later progressed to working on projects supported by UKAID and the UNHCR. Established versatile and multitasking skill as Auditor, Bookkeeper, Finance, Accounts and administration officer which will help to overcome future work challenges easily and efficiently.

• Conduct all calculations for financial payments, bank reconciliations, audits, reporting, record keeping
• Produce payment advice for the banks for the payment of EIS pilot benefits
• Produce payment advice for banks for paying vendor of services
• Prepare monthly and routine financial statements taking into account of the cash flows

Developed skill as a Humanitarian Professional in terms of coordinating, engaging, training and inspiring staffs at strategic and operational levels along with capacity building approaches to achieve competencies and performance standards in accordance with the UN Refugee Agency.
